Our Process
During the water damage restoration process, an assessment is first taken to give customers and our technicians an accurate representation of how long the water extraction and clean up process will take.
Water extraction is the first step of many but is the most important to prevent further damage and expenses. Specially designed machines help mitigate water from the source out into the open to be removed and dried out.
Once we are sure the source of the water has been contained and is no longer producing moisture, high grade fans and heaters aerate the environment while simultaneously drying it out to prevent mold growth.
If mold is visible within your home or business, all proper mold removal techniques must be started to stop the spread and prevent further growth.
Along with water mitigation, all walls and support beams are checked for structural integrity and weak spots caused by water or flood damage.
All salvageable belongings are removed from the home as quickly as possible to prevent those items from succumbing to further damage, and will be safely stored until the water damage restoration process has been completed.
When BioGuard Pro’s professional team is sure all water has been removed and mold is no longer a threat, we get started right away on the reconstruction process.
All proper tests are done on the building to ensure structural integrity and clean air quality, getting you back to normal life as quickly as possible.
